Probably the Government's attempt to create employment. I doubt these ew recruits have undergone psychological screening of any kind. Judging by their actions, most of them display pshycopathic tendencies. No educated and well brought up person would behave in such a manner. Raiding a premises for any reason is one thing, but when they do raid the Police should assume that 99.9% of the patrons on the premises are innocent of any crime and should therfor be treated with the appropriate respect. Politicians are more concerned with their politacal carrees than what matters most. surely our brothers and sisters fought and died for the freedom of the press. Our rulling party needs to clean up it's house so they can stop introducing bills that suit them (NEC members) For the first time since i was able to vote, I'm not sure who I will vote in the next elections.
